We have a contemporary 4 bedroom home, great for a family or couple that is colorful, comfortable and backs into open space, equipped with all the modern conveniences including High-Speed wifi, cable, a great gas grill, and lots of cool kitchen appliances. Our back yard is ideal for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the night stars. San Francisco and wine country are an easy 20 minute drive, and the beautiful beaches of West Marin are 30 minutes away. We are looking for a exchange in NYC with at least 2 bedrooms for 7-10 day in late December/early January.
