The bedroom is right next to the upstairs bathroom and has windows overlooking the Backyard Garden as well as the pacific ocean .
This is a sublease agreement, and is month to month with a 2-3 month minimum. You would pay first and last month upfront, as well as a security deposit, utilities would be a fa portion related to how many people live in the house.
You would be expected to help keep common areas clean, not bring any drama, and be respectful, other then that its pretty open.
