This charming, older, cabin-style house, is decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind, with a few antiques thrown in for good measure. It's clean, comfy and very cozy.

Very Private, as it is at the end of a short private, gated road. Very nice, helpful neighbor on one side. He can fix your car and probably anything else for that matter...
(If you're not from around here) House is in the middle of The California Wine Country in breathtakingly beautiful Sonoma County. It's 10 mi. West of Santa Rosa, 5 mi. East of Guerneville (fun shops & good restaurants) and about a 20 minute drive from the Coast. It's also 2 miles from the Korbel Champagne Cellars, and other wineries abound in the area.
This is a perfect situation (a nicely furnished vacation home for the price of an unfurnished apartment!) for someone new to the area to have a home base while looking for something more permanent, or folks escaping their home while it's being remodeled.
