Vacation Rental Description: Our cabin is designed for families with kids of all ages. Very clean, cozy cabin on quiet street in Tahoe Donner. Deck looks out to green belt. In the winter the backyard is perfect for sledding. In the summer the backyard connects to many trails for hiking. All the comforts of home.
Vacation Rental Amenities: The two downstairs bedrooms have a queen and king respectively. Upstairs bedroom has full/twin bunk and two twins. Loft has a daybed which converts to two twin beds. Two complete bathrooms with bath/shower. Dishwasher. Linens provided. Cable flat screen TV in family room and loft both with DVD/VCR combos. PlayStation with games, foosball, darts, and board games. Access to Tahoe Donner recreational facilities include tennis courts, pools, lap pool, weight room, children's play yard, and a sauna and spa.
Activities and Attractions: During the Winter - skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and ice skating are available at nearby major resorts including Squaw Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Alpine, Royal Gorge, and Boreal Ridge. Also a great family ski resort is available at Tahoe Donner. Snowshoeing and snow play is also available.
During the Spring, Summer, and Fall - swimming, boating, and jet-skiing at Donner Lake. Biking, rock-climbing, horseback riding, tennis, hiking, and fishing nearby. Play golf at several great courses - Coyote Moon, Tahoe Donner, Squaw Creek, Northstar, and Ponderosa (nine holes). Trout Creek and Northwoods recreation center pools. Minutes to Historic Truckee with great shopping and restaurants.
Rental Rates:
Winter: Nov 1st -- May 1st $195 night per night ($175 a night for a minimum of 3 nights)
Non Winter Rates: May 2nd - Oct 31st $150 night
