Very large family home in Santa Barbara with pool, spa, views of mountain and city, and one mile to Hendry's Beach. Open the door to this inviting home and see the attractive living room and formal dining room to your right. To the left you will see the beautiful wooden staircase leading to the second floor. Straight ahead is the kitchen which overlooks the backyard and large swimming pool. The pool is visible from the dining room, kitchen, family room and two of the upstairs bedrooms including the master bedroom.
Master bedroom has a Cal. King and attached bath. Three rooms have Queen Beds and one room has two twins. There is a comfortable Queen Sleep couch in the family room.
The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable couches and beds. Both the formal living room and family room have a fireplace. Hardwood and Italian tile floors, and high ceilings really compliment the feel of the home. Office cubicle with computer is available for your use, and WIFI is provided throughout the entire house.
Large solar heat pool, and attached Jacuzzi have Italian tile! The backyard is equipped with a patio set and barbeque area. Large wood picnic table are provided for outdoor dining. Several Lounge chairs and a market umbrella surround the pool. A child safety fence can also be set up at your request for $150. Gardening and pool maintenance is included as well as Wireless Internet and locals telephone. Only one mile to the very beautiful Hendry's Beach, and OCEANSIDE Boat House Restaurant that overlooks the ocean and serves breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
