We have a spacious contemporary house overlooking the Bay and the Ocean. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. Outdoor activities such as cycling, surfing, golf, birding, beach walks etc. abound in this area We are also close to some great wineries and Hearst Castle and the weather is delightful year around. We are retired school teachers with a well trained Dalmatian. and are looking for a 1-2 month exchange to the Albuquerque/ Santa Fe area. We would not be interested in the period from Nov-March.
