1bd in 3bd house starting January (Capitol Hill / Montlake) $625 1bd

I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the remainder of my lease Jan 1 (or as early as Dec 19th) through Aug. 31st. I would be staying in this wonderful home, with my two lovely roommates but I will be studying abroad! I am looking for a responsible Graduate student / young professional (preferable female) to share this home with two other grad student / young prof women. They each have a cat as well. I need someone who will commit for the full 8 month duration as I will not be around to handle another transition. So its 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. The bedroom is 10'x20' with a large closet. It is a big room with two windows but is on the garden level so it does not get much light. But the upstairs common space has great light and there is a small yard with garden and deck chairs. The house is a classic seattle craftsman home, with a big kitchen and living/dinning room with a bay window. There is a washer and a dryer and a big storage space under the house. It is located in the residential north side of capitol hill on the 48 and 43 bus routes so commute to UW and pike/pine is super easy. (Furniture could possibly be included too if you'd like) It is $625 without utilities so ends up being about $650-700 a month.
