Our very cute, spacious, light-filled house will be available for SHORT-TERM rental, starting on or around April 10th through July 8th (dates are somewhat flexible, but preference will go people willing to rent for a full three months). We are conveniently located in Maple Leaf, just a 12-minute direct bus ride to the UW campus and a 20 minute walk to Greenlake, a 25 minute bus ride to downtown Seattle (or a 10 minute drive), with very easy access to I-5 express lanes and plenty of shopping/conveniences nearby. Walk to multiple coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a corner store. The house is a unique open-concept design with a very open kitchen/dining space and one small bedroom on the main level, an extra large master bedroom suite (with its own kitchenette and separate bathroom and entrance to the outdoors), and an adorable remodeled Airstream trailer guest cottage in the back yard (with bathroom and small shower).
