I need someone to take over my lease from January to July (you can always renew my lease) NEED to be enrolled in SIU or John A Logan It's $450 a month which is a good deal because a new lease would cost $469 a month You will have 3 roommates but you can always switch You will have your own bathroom and furniture included. Only thing you would need to share is the washer/dryer, living area, and kitchen area. Everything is included washer/dryer, dish washer, water, internet except for electric which is around $20-40 a month.
