We are pleased to offer our home for rent for Ironman 2013 at $350 per night with a 4-night minimum. We live on a generous corner lot in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by 1/3 acre lots for some space and bit of privacy. Here are some particulars of our well-taken care of (non-smoking) home: ~Our rancher with a full finished basement has 4 bedrooms for your use, (Three have queen beds, one is a multi-purpose room with a queen Areo bed). We also have an overside chair that is a twin-sized pull-out bed that currently sits in the upstairs living room. ~We have 3 full bathrooms (One with a tub shower, the other two are walk-in showers). Two are upstairs, one is downstairs. ~ Central A/C as well as multiple ceiling fans throughout the house ~Secure WIFI Internet access for your use ~We have digital antenna tv only but lots of movies and a very nice theater room set up in the basement for your use ~Oversized 2-car garage for your full use to store your car(s) and gear ~We have RV parking in our backyard, easy access from the street, complete with water and electric hook-ups as well as an RV dump. ~ Our backyard has a raised deck with a cover as well as a huge brick patio with a lovely cover as well. Fully landscaped and very comfortable with lots of seating as well as BBQ Grille for your use! ~The Atlas Trail starts right outside our subdivision and connects to the whole network of Trails that includes the Centennial Trail that leads you downtown along the Spokane River ~Ironman Starting line is only 4.4 miles from our home; the Kroc Community work out center is only 2.2 miles away! ~ We have a fenced back yard and we know how much we adore taking our dog on trips with us and will definitely approve a well-behaved pet coming into our house! Only three blocks away is a wonderful dog park too. **Allergy Alert** There is an indoor/outdoor cat at our house so wanted to be sure to notify you if extremely allergic** (Cat will not be at home while you are here!) Our price is $350 per night, 4 night minimum please. We are very flexible on days and dates and want you to enjoy your stay in Coeur d'alene for as long as you wish and whichever days you wish so you can pick your time of stay. If you stay for 7+ days, our price drops to $300 per night. We request a $500 non-refundable reservation deposit, which gets applied toward your rent as well as a $500 Security Deposit.
