The room that will be vacant has comes with a huge wall to wall closet space, a bed inside with a box spring, tables and night stand. Cable and internet is available inside the apartment. The Ballston Commons area is also a very nice area. It has a number of attractions within a walking distance. It has medium size mall right nearby for most every day needs as well as food court, a variety of restaurants, a small movie theatre; shopping centers etc.. The building also has a nice park behind it which is a nice place to hang out. Overall, a very convenient living experience. You have everything you need within an easy walking distance in Ballston or a couple of metro stops in clarendon and court house areas. There is a gorcery store (harris Teeter) within a walking distance. But also Whole foods and Trader Joe's are in Clarendon two metro stops away. For value shopping Costco is a ten minute drive from the apartment- or also aceessible on the metro.
