Great location in Telluride right next to Lift 7 for true ski in/ski out experience. One of the best units in the complex with views from living/kitchen right up the ski mountain. This is a 2 bedroom unit with full loft and 2 1/2 baths. It is set up much like a townhouse with the garage and laundry on the first floor, 2 bedrooms on the second, and living/kitchen plus 1/2 bath on the top. The loft is accessed by a ladder over the kitchen. It has a full bed and is great for older kids or active adults (we do not recommend it for young children under age 7). One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other can be set up with two twins or as a king. Both bedrooms have bathrooms inside them. No pets / no smoking. Unit is always professionally cleaned and there is an intown care-taker. Sleeps 6. Outside Jacuzzi in complex $250/night, $125 cleaning fee. Stays over 5 nights waive cleaning fee - pay for 7 nights and 8th night free.
