This space is in an intracoastal access neighborhood near Carolina Beach and is intended for a single individual (no couples, no children), non-smoking, no pets. The $650/month includes all utilities (no phone). It is directly under our primary living area so we are looking for a quiet renter. Our typical renter is a professional who is working in the area and occasionally travels back to their primary home. This offers them a nice space much less expensive than a hotel room but without the hassle and long term commitment of an apartment and utilities setup. It is not intended as a primary long-term residence. Nicely furnished efficiency with it's own covered entrance for rent on a month-to-month basis. Tile flooring throughout, ceiling fans in each room, private bath with shower, kitchenette with full size built in microwave, built-in small fridge, and cabinets (enough counter space for a toaster oven), queen size bed.There is no full size oven, washer or dryer although laundrymats and dry cleaners are close by. One parking space is included with the rental. Access to community pool & intracoastal waterway pier/gazeebo. It offers a 20 minute commute to downtown wilmington or UNCW, 5 minute drive to beach access at Carolina Beach, and a 3 minute drive to local grocery store and pharmacy. We are very quiet between 8pm-8am and are looking for someone that is the same. **Please make sure to include your schedule, something about yourself and your situation**
