There is ample storage, with a walk-in pantry, a coat closet and linen closet in the hallway, and each bedroom with a standard closet too. There is a coin-op washer and dryer in the building for all 4 units to share. The unit is heated by electric baseboard heat and has a swamp cooler for the summer months. Pets are negotiable, with a non-refundable pet deposit, but there is no yard associated with this property.
