Hey, I am looking to sublet my boyfriend's apartment on 18th street in Laramie. He just moved to Denver this week so I am handling his sublease for him. He has paid rent through December so the Room would be available on January 5th. Currently there are two male roommates and one small (pug) dog living in the 2 story townhome. the rent is 335/mo plus utilities. There are washer/dryer hookups and a dishwasher in the kitchen along with a nice sized fenced in back yard and private garage plus one off the street parking space. Pets are negotiable with the landlord for a small extra deposit. The current roommates are pretty quiet. They work and go to school for most of the week and enjoy going out on the weekends to enjoy some adult beverages. The lease is good through August.
